The Mobile Boring Machine Standard is designed to repair worn holes in special equipment, assemblies and machine components directly at the work site.
The machine covers most boring operations with bore diameters from 32 mm to 250 mm and supports boring bars with diameters of 30 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm.
Optional boring bars are available in lengths from 600 mm to 3000 mm, while carriage travel ranges from 300 mm to 600 mm.
The boring bar is centered coaxially with the hole being machined and secured using two main supports. A powerful 2 kW drive unit provides spindle rotation at 330 or 500 RPM.
Feed can be operated manually or automatically depending on configuration.
